Diego Lima III

   A reliable instructor is a vital part of the student’s learning experience. Therefore, Diego has gone through the most challenging screening standards and countless training hours within the field of motor vehicle / motorcycle operations.  As the lead instructor, this has deemed him more than qualified to make your learning experience successful. Diego is also a Firefighter / Fire Corporal within the department of the U.S. Virgin Islands Fire Services for over 16 years. He’s actively protecting and  making the community safer & situationally aware both on and off the road.  Aside from being an Instructor and a Firefighter, he is also a loving father, brother, and a husband.  Statistically, he’s well aware of the unfortunate accidents that take place on the roads annually within the USVI and the mainland. Which ultimately makes the safety of all motorists within the territory few and far between essentially paramount.  At AllSafe, the student passing rate is one of the highest on the island, thanks to the instructor tutelage.  He is also bi-lingual and will give you a professional, safe, and comprehensive experience in either English or Spanish allowing you to confidently operate your vehicle and/or motorcycle for all of your able years.

  • COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CDL) - Roadmasters of Florida

  • MOTORCYCLE INSTRUCTOR - Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), University of Monatvello, Alabama

Leroy is a 31 year veteran of the Virgin Islands Fire Services, he holds the present rank of Lieutenant. He has served and protected his community for a large majority of his life putting service before self. The same high level of responsibility and onus are equally displayed during his role as an AllSafe driving school instructor. He has the willingness and patience to assist the future motorists of the territory adhere to the proper regulations of the roadways. He has over 16 years of emergency vehicle engineer / operator experience. This enhances his driving instructor skillset being able to demonstrate not only how to drive for yourself ; but also how to drive for others in certain scenarios. Leroy is also bilingual and able to teach both English & Spanish students. Leroy has been an instructor with AllSafe for three years and counting. He is more than capable to aid you in becoming a future motorist.
